    After the order is confirmed, the additional services selected and the number of people on board cannot be reduced. Any changes should be notified at least 5 days in advance.
    The number of people on board shall not exceed the maximum number of people on board.
    If the number of people on board exceeds the original number, the charterer needs to make up the difference (please refer to the price introduction). If the number of people on board is less than the original number of people on board, the charterer still needs to pay the relevant fees according to the number of people originally scheduled to board the ship.
    If you bring large equipment (including but not limited to audio equipment, cooking utensils, large equipment), the renter must notify in advance. Otherwise, the owner has the right to refuse boarding.
    Please arrive at the pier in advance, overtime customers are responsible. If the charterer is still absent 2 hours (yacht) / 15 minutes (speedboat and other services) after the original boarding time, it will be regarded as an automatic cancellation, and all the negotiated rents must be paid in full.
    If the ship delays its departure time due to traffic or weather-related reasons, or docks in advance, no compensation will be given.
    The final route can be implemented according to the weather and sea conditions on the day of boarding. All route surcharges should be paid to the owner on the same day.
    The rental price displayed on the website is only for recreational use. For other special purposes such as commercial promotion, wedding, etc., please contact us for a quotation.
    During the charter period, if any equipment, appliances, fittings or other property is damaged or destroyed (except normal wear and tear), stolen or removed, the charterer shall pay the owner to repair, repair or repurchase the relevant items.
    If the facilities or services listed as free cannot be provided, the shipowner will try to arrange similar facilities or services without compensation. If the additional facilities or services charged are not available, the lessor may choose to change to similar services or refund the payment for the facilities or services.
    If the ship cannot sail due to mechanical failure before sailing, the owner will notify the charterer as soon as possible to reschedule or replace it with a ship of the same class if permitted, or the charterer may choose to refund the charter fee.
    In the event of a mechanical failure during the voyage, the shipowner shall do his best to send the passenger back to the voyage. If the departure time has exceeded 2/1 of the rental time or has arrived at the destination, no additional period will be made. If the replacement period is made, it can only be used on weekdays, or the rental amount will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
    All passengers must take care of their belongings and personal belongings. The owner will not be responsible for any damage or theft on board the ship. If necessary, seek police assistance on behalf of passengers.
    Passengers are responsible for the safety of themselves and their companions. In the event of any accident, the passenger shall bear all accident risks and responsibilities. Passengers have no right to claim or recover responsibility for their own accident, death or any form of loss caused during the journey.  
    If additional needs are required, passengers can prepare additional insurance by themselves.
